The prizes below can be won by anybody with any nationality!!!
The winners among women and men in 24 hours and 100 km category will be rewarded with material support.
Conditions:
100 km:
- women: under 9h 30min
- men: under 8h 30min
24 hours:
- women: at least 180 km
- men: at least 200 km
The absolute winners in 24 hours 4 membered relay category will be rewarded with an opportunity to participate for free on the "Wien-Bratislava-Budapest" Supermarathon in 2009...
...and many valuable prizes are waiting for every participants!
IAU - 24 HOURS RUN / 12 HOURS RUN AND 100KM RUN (2009.01.07.)
THE AIM OF COMPETITION:
To give an opportunity of competing to
professional and amateur runners; to promote healthy lifestyle, sport
and running; and to strengthen the international cooperation.
DATE: 13th-14th June 2009
PLACE: Palic Tourist Centre - Lakeside

EVENTS:
INDIVIDUAL RACES (100km, 12h, 24h):
- WOMEN - ABSOLUTE CATEGORY
- MEN - ABSOLUTE CATEGORY
RELAY TEAM RACES:
- 4 MEMBER RELAY TEAM, men and women
- MEGARELAY TEAM, 5-12 members in team
REGULATIONS:
In the single category all participants has to be over 18 years of age, for the relay category there is no age limit.
All runners who send the entry form and pay the entry fee on time can take part in the competition if obey the race regulations.
EVERY RUNNER COMPETES AT HIS/HER OWN RISK!!!
AWARDS:
In the absolute individual and relay races, the 1st o 3rd placed runners will be awarded. Every finisher gets a souvenir medal.
The Serbian Ultramarathon Federation gives special prizes for the best and the oldest competitors.
ACCOMODATION:
A category - hotel rooms - 35 EUR / per night / per person
B category - wooden bungalow - 20 EUR / per night / per person
An unisex tent will be provided during the race for those who do not asked for accommodation.
FOOD:
Every participants who asked for accomodation will get breakfast on 13th June 2009.
After the race there will be a lunch for all competitors.
During the race is taking place an aid station will be provided for the runners.
ENTRY:
- until 1st May 2009: 12h, 100km - 25 EUR
24h - 35 EUR
- from 1st May 2009 to 13th June 2009: 12h, 100km - 30 EUR
24h - 40 EUR

IAU Congress (2008.12.22.)
The IAU's 100km WorldCup was held in Tarquinia, in Italy on 8th November 2008. As part of it the IAU's annual Congress also took place.
The first item on the agenda was that the president of IAU, Dirk Strumane reported the result of the last four year. He spoke about the betterment of IAU's material statement, about the communication's improvement between members and IAU stuff and about they succeding in standardisation the major IAU competitions. After that the general secretary, Hilary Walker laid the following four years plans, including the 100km race becoming an olympic discipline. This aim hardly could be achieved untill 2012, but hopefully eight years will be enough for Ultrarunning becoming part of the World's most famous event. The last item on the agenda was the lenghten of IAU stuff's mandate by the attending members.
The young Federation shows itself to the World (2008.10.15.)
After much conference the Serbian Ultramarathon Federation succeed in joining as the 45th member to the International Association of Ultrarunners, IAU in short. In the meantimethe 12 and 24 Hours Run Palić is got the bronze label, thuswise the event has become known all over the world.
Due to the aforementioned one Serbian athlete got the opportunity to participate in the IAU’s WorldCup in this year,which is going to take place in Italy in 8th of November. This athlete is going to be Arsić Aleksandar, who won the 3100 miles Ultramarathon organized by the international “Sri Chinmoy” Marathon Team, which is the longest existing race.
